Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of five (5) years of experience OR
- High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience
- Clear and valid driver's license with CDL or ability to obtain CDL with P and S endorsements within six (6) months upon hire
- Texas Association for Pupil Transportation Certification, preferred
- Texas School Bus Driver Safety Training Certificate, preferred
Experience:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the field of School Bus Transportation Management with a Bachelor's degree OR
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the field of School Bus Transportation Management with a High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in transportation operations, general management, and experience hiring practices in a public school setting
