- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, analyze, validate, and interpret structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to support operational and strategic initiatives
- Develop recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate trends, performance metrics, and key findings
- Identify data anomalies, inconsistencies, and process gaps and recommend corrective actions or process improvements
- Translate complex analytical findings into concise, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders
- Operational Support
- Support program and operational decision-making through quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Assist with data calls, executive briefings, and reporting requirements with accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor performance metrics and develop recommendations to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Data Management & Process Improvement
- Maintain data integrity through quality assurance reviews, validation processes, and documentation standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes, workflows, and data governance practices
- Develop SOPs, templates, and documentation to standardize reporting and analytical processes
- A minimum of three plus years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or related analytical support roles
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business, statistics, information systems, or a related field
- Experience analyzing large datasets and presenting findings to executive or operational stakeholders
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar reporting and visualization tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Active DHS Public Trust Clearance
- Experience supporting DHS or CBP programs
- Experience working in a federal consulting environment
- Familiarity with data governance, performance management, or operational metrics programs
- Experience with SharePoint, Power Automate, Python, or similar automation/reporting tools
- Washington, DC or Indianapolis, IN
- Less than 10%

- Active DHS Public Trust Clearance
