We are looking for a high-energy, intellectually curious Customer Services Engineer to support customers across APJ & MEA, helping them successfully deploy, adopt, and maximize the value of Morphisec’s solutions.
Position Overview:
As the Customer Services Engineer, you’ll serve as the trusted technical partner for customers, guiding onboarding and deployment, sharing product best practices, and coordinating internal resources to support successful adoption and ongoing value realization.
Key Responsibilities:
Own a portfolio of strategic accounts across APJ & MEA, serving as the primary point of contact post-sale for all technical and success-related topics.
Drive product adoption and expansion by deeply understanding customer workflows and translating them into use-case-specific recommendations.
Conduct QBRs, onboarding sessions, regular health reviews, and executive briefings with technical and business stakeholders.
Act as the voice of the customer internally surfacing product feedback, escalating critical issues, and coordinating cross-functional responses with R&D, Support, and Sales.
Build and maintain technical documentation, integration guides, and successful playbooks tailored to customer environments.
Identify churn risk signals proactively and lead mitigation strategies in collaboration with the Account Executive.
5 years of experience in a Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management role in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in Cybersecurity /Endpoint Security domains.
Strong technical aptitude, comfortable reading APIs, understanding integrations, and troubleshooting technical configurations without needing to write code.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder accounts and navigate enterprise procurement, SecOps, and IT environments.
Excellent communication skills in English; ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), Atlassian suite, Tableau, Pendo, and AI tools.
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a regional setup and coordinate with a globally distributed team.
