Your Role

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll oversee and coordinate daily operations of the housekeeping and laundry teams. You’ll lead room inspections, manage inventory, support training, and ensure service levels meet brand expectations and guest satisfaction goals. This role is ideal for someone who leads with Integrity, brings Grit to every shift, and builds teams that are Stronger Together. 

What You’ll Do

  • Manage daily operations of the housekeeping and laundry teams, including task assignments and scheduling
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development, including regular coaching and performance feedback
  • Track and manage inventory levels for linens, guestroom amenities, cleaning supplies, and chemicals
  • Conduct daily room and public area inspections to maintain quality and brand standards
  • Supervise cleanliness in guest rooms, corridors, public spaces, meeting rooms, back-of-house areas, and service closets
  • Ensure timely response to maintenance issues; collaborate with engineering to resolve safety or facility concerns
  • Handle guest concerns and service recovery opportunities professionally and promptly
  • Maintain and manage Lost and Found procedures
  • Conduct departmental meetings and assist with payroll preparation and labor management
  • Support the implementation of deep-cleaning programs and brand-specific cleaning protocols
  • Maintain accurate MSDS records and ensure team compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
  • Uphold RRH policies, appearance standards, and property-specific procedures
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Thorough knowledge of housekeeping and laundry operations, including equipment and chemical safety
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and follow through
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to coach a diverse team
  • Proficiency in English required; bilingual (preferably Spanish) is a plus
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to conduct quality inspections
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
  • Ability to use basic computer applications for scheduling, inventory, and reporting

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2–4 years of housekeeping experience in hospitality required
  • Previous supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with branded hotel standards is a plus
