Job Purpose:
Key Responsibilities:
- End‑to‑End Operations Management
Oversee inbound, outbound, inventory control, receiving, shipping, and storage processes.
Ensure compliance with SLA, productivity, safety, inventory accuracy, and operational KPIs.
- Team Leadership
Lead large teams of 150–450+ employees, including supervisors, team leaders, and operational staff.
Oversee training, performance management, workplace safety, and team engagement.
- Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization
Redesign processes, improve productivity, and optimize line balancing.
Implement analytics tools, automation, and technology (Python, Power BI, WMS, SAP, TMS).
- Cost & Budget Management
Control operating costs, labor costs, consumables, and overall budget execution.
Who We Are Looking For:
- 10+ years in operations/logistics/distribution centers, with progressive growth through leader or managerial roles.
Proven Experience In:

End to end operation of distribution centers

Leading large workforces (200–450+ staff).

Demonstrated improvements in productivity, accuracy, and service levels:

Implementation of WMS/TMS, automation, analytics, and reporting tools.
