What you will do:
· Answer a high volume of incoming calls and live chats relating to tires and other automotive services
· Engage in upbeat conversations with customers to gain insight into their needs and provide solutions
· Discuss product features and pricing options
· Process orders and schedule appointments
· Effectively utilize POS software and phone systems to service customers
· Recommend repairs & products and manufacturer recommended maintenance
· Maintain product knowledge and attend continuing training sessions
· Support and achieve individual and team sales objectives
Qualified candidates will have:
· Call center experience and/or automotive service industry experience
· Strong customer service background
· Excellent sales skills
· Professional problem-solving techniques
· Excellent computer skills
· Ability to multi-task, using multiple computer applications simultaneously
· Strong verbal and written communications skills
· Upbeat and friendly attitude
· Acceptable MVR, Background, and Pre-Employment Drug Screening
