Responsibilities:
- Oversee all nursing operations within the facility
- Lead, mentor, and support the nursing team to ensure quality resident care
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Drive clinical excellence and quality outcomes
- Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and departmental performance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident-centered care
- Support survey readiness and successful regulatory outcomes
Qualifications:
- Current Ohio RN license required
- Previous Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations
- Proven ability to lead teams and maintain high clinical standards
