Operations Team Lead

Plans, directs and/or coordinates the international operations of the facility with focus on ensuring exemplary client service and quality standards. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies in conjunction with the Operations Manager and managing import/export daily operations both air and ocean. Leads and directs subordinates in international client service, data entry, dispatch and operations.
