The PMO Service Hub Manager is responsible for overseeing the centralised PMO Service Hub, ensuring efficient delivery of project management support services, governance, and reporting across the organisation. This role drives consistency, quality, and continuous improvement in PMO operations while managing a team of PMO analysts, co-ordinators and administrators.

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Governance & Compliance
  • Maintain PMO policies, standards, and templates
  • Ensure projects adhere to governance frameworks
  • Monitor compliance with reporting and documentation requirements

2. Reporting & Data Analytics

  • Collect, consolidate, and validate project data
  • Prepare dashboards and performance reports
  • Track KPIs, budgets, and resource utilisation

3. Resource Allocation

  • Support resource allocation and timesheet compliance
  • Support use of global resources to ensure efficient delivery

4. Tools & Systems Management

  • Administer PMO tools 
  • Maintain project repositories and document libraries
  • Provide user support and training for PMO systems
  • Drive automation and digital enhancements for PMO processes

5. Communication & Coordination

  • Coordinate between project teams and senior stakeholders
  • Support onboarding of new PMO staff or project managers

6. Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline PMO services and improve efficiency
  • Support audits and lessons-learned sessions

7. Team management 

  • Lead and develop the Global Service Hub Team
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

8. Leadership 

  • Member of the Global PMO Leadership team, providing input to strategy & improvement initiatives
  • Partner with project managers, program leads, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and service excellence
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

Experience and/or Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in project, programme, or portfolio management environments
  • Proven track record of running or supporting PMO functions
  • Excellent understanding of project and portfolio governance frameworks
  • Expertise in reporting, data analysis, and PMO toolsets
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate clearly
  • Experience leading or mentoring PMO staff

Desirable:

  • Experience implementing or managing PPM systems (e.g., MS Project Online, Planview, Smartsheet, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Professional certifications (PMI, APM, PRINCE2, MoP, PMO‑specific qualifications)

The role requires you to have a valid driving license and a suitable vehicle to travel.

Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) are required for this role.
