Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Lead the execution of B2B marketing initiatives, with a focus on design, video production, and multimedia content.
Oversee content development, manage a creative team, and work with business stakeholders to maintain a consistent brand presence across channels.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead the development and execution of B2B marketing plans supporting commercial insurance products and services
- Oversee creation of assets across print and digital channels, including trade publications, email, social media, and web
- Direct video and multimedia production from concept through delivery, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and animation
- Serve as editor for the quarterly agent/broker newsletter, guiding content and ensuring clear communication
- Work with internal teams to maintain consistency in messaging, positioning, and creative output
- Support internal communications, including audio and video content for company meetings and events
- Manage and support a creative team through clear direction, feedback, and coaching
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in creative design and marketing, including brand development, multimedia content, and video production in a B2B environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); web design/HTML knowledge is a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related tools
- Portfolio demonstrating design and video work
- Experience leading projects, managing timelines, and supporting team members
- Experience working with both internal and external audiences
- Experience using data to support marketing decisions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with the commercial insurance market preferred, but not required
