Job Description
At MISO, we’re on a mission to optimize and elevate our service management capabilities. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer (Senior Software Engineer), you’ll play a key role in leading technical development efforts within the platform team. You will help build and improve important tools in ServiceNow that support the technology used to manage the power grid. This job involves creating and updating ServiceNow features, connecting it with other systems, and working through the full process of developing software, from understanding needs, to designing, building, testing, and supporting the final product.
