Job Description
Mayvin is seeking a Program Analyst I to support the Tactical Operations Division’s Badging and Credentials/HSPD-12 Office. The Program Analyst I will provide HSPD-12 support to the District Security Officers (DSOs) of the U.S. Marshals Service.
Must be a US Citizen.
Must be able to pass a background Investigation (BI)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate implementation of the HSPD-12 DSO program across district offices in support of federal credentialing and access control requirements
- Work in groups/teams on special projects to accomplish program goals
- Maintain a suspense system for the individual's assigned branch, identifying past due items and ensuring that due dates are met
- Communicate via telephone and/or e-mail with high-level officials throughout the agency and District offices, as well as other contract affiliates
- Provide accurate advice on matters necessary to carry out program policies
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to any of the branches in the USMS management on an as-needed basis
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Superior time management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal employees and outside sources
- Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a PIV Card or CAC card office (preferred)
- Prior experience working in a DOJ HSPD-12 office (preferred)
