Job Description
- Stand on a conveyor line and make the cut removing all meat from the leg bone.
- Pick up a whole leg and place on moving shackle
- Physically inspect products for both natural occurring and processing defects.
- Standing 100% of the workday.
- Constantly gripping knife.
- Performing repetitive motion.
- Work in constant damp, cool (less than 45 degrees F) environment.
