Job Description

Summary

This position is responsible for the repair & preparation of fuel and lubricants tanks while also providing maintenance and assisting with installations.

  1. Operates company vehicles with a GVWR up to 26,000lbs in accordance with company regulations, state and federal laws, and customer policies.
  2. Ability to effectively interface with customers.
  3. Conducts assigned duties while following all proper safety procedures.
  4. Performs pre and post trip inspections of vehicles and reports all defects to the maintenance department.
  5. Works responsibly with a minimum amount of supervision.
  6. Cleaning, painting and prepping fuel and lubricants tanks
  7. Forklift operation.
  8. Troubleshoot various equipment failures.
  9. Performs other job-related duties as assigned by direct supervisor

Pay Rates Starting between: $19.42 - $29.90 / hour

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate required.
  • Forklift Certified. (preferred)
  • Must have and maintain current California Driver’s license

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds alone and over 75 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb up and down a ladder.
  • Ability to work around hazardous materials such as gasoline, diesel, paint, solvent, etc.
