Job Title: Great Big Game Show CNC Operator
Job Description: We are looking to add an early morning CNC operator to our CNC Department as we scale! The CNC operator is responsible for operating our 3-axis CNC router to cut parts needed to fabricate our guest facing components out of a variety of materials including: Plywood, MDF, Acrylic, ACM, HDPE and more.
Additional responsibilities include:
Maintenance and repair of our CNC Machine and coordinating with vendors as needed.
Maintaining sheet good inventory and working with our purchasing team to replenish stock.
Maintaining an organized library of parts and cut files in Google Drive.
Maintaining an adequate inventory of consumables (Router bits, etc).
As with all roles at our company, we expect our team members to be willing to bring flexibility and a positive attitude to their day-to-day work. If we need help packing a truck, we pack the truck. If the floors need sweeping, etc.

Hours & Schedule:
Expected Weekly Hours: 40 with occasional overtime
Travel Expectations: None
Expected Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:00 AM-1:30 PM
Oncall: No
Job Responsibilities:
Operate the 3-axis CNC router (Kimla) to cut and fabricate parts according to provided programs and specifications.
Load and unload materials, set up workholding, and run production jobs safely and efficiently.
De-burr and sand parts as they come off the machine.
Perform quality checks on all parts produced in the CNC department.
Create, organize, and maintain job files and documentation in Google Drive.
Work with Management to address any issues discovered during the fabrication process.
Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on the CNC machine, including coordinating with vendors as needed.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment.
Maintain accurate entries in Production tracking software (Fulcrum) for time tracking and project progress.
Comply with all safety rules and regulations in alignment with OSHA standards.
Contribute to the component R&D process as needed.
Perform other tasks as required to support operational needs.
Job Requirements:
Loves to win and takes pride in delivering a quality product under the estimated hours.
Familiarity with Solidworks and 3D printing is a plus but not required.
Clear and effective communicator.
Ability to read and interpret build docs and fabrication drawings.
Self starter able to operate independently.
1+ years of experience operating a 3-axis CNC Router in a production environment preferred.
Strong organizational skills and work ethic.
Ability to lift 75 lbs.
