Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) / Clinic Supervisor

The Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) functions as the first assistant to the physician during surgical procedures, assisting in the intra-operative phase including draping, suturing, clamping, tissue handling, and exposure of the surgical field. In addition to surgical responsibilities, this role serves as a Clinic Supervisor for the Estero and Naples locations, providing leadership, oversight, and support to Medical Assistants (MAs) and clinic staff.
