We are looking for an outgoing and service-driven Guest Services Attendant to join our team. This role supports Bell, Valet, and Shuttle operations and is ideal for someone who enjoys being active, connecting with guests from around the world, and creating memorable first and last impressions. From warmly welcoming guests upon arrival to assisting with transportation and luggage, you’ll play an important role in delivering seamless and personalized experiences throughout each guest’s stay.

As a Guest Services Attendant, you’ll gain hands-on hospitality experience while supporting daily guest service operations across the hotel. Responsibilities may include assisting guests with luggage, valet parking vehicles, operating the hotel shuttle, providing directions and local recommendations, and ensuring guests feel welcomed and cared for throughout their stay. This role is perfect for someone who is friendly, dependable, and passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
