The Assistant Pools & Recreation Manager will assist in managing 2 poolside food and beverage outlets, which also contain cabana and fire pit service. In addition to this they will help oversee our Recreation department, which includes food service to the beach, beach bonfires, 3 waterslides and the kid’s club.
They will also have oversight of all Pools & Recreation departments, staffing needs, training, cash control for agents, and all aspects of guest services. Additional responsibilities may include staff development and scheduling.

Qualifications
Your experience:
· A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
· Refined verbal and written communication skills
· Minimum of one-year previous Food and Beverage Supervisory experience preferred
· Ability to work a flexible schedule including Weekends, and Holidays
· Must be proficient in general computer knowledge, including a working knowledge of Symphony POS system
· Candidates should be extremely detail oriented and organized
· Candidates should possess proven leadership skills
· Duties may also include training, staff development and scheduling
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Must be able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time
· Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
· Ability to push and pull heavy amounts of weight
· Ability to work outdoors in the sun and sand
· CPR/First Aid/Lifeguard Certification preferred
· CA Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification Required
· California Food Handlers Certification required
