Back to jobsProvide hands-on and face to face hardware and software support.
Installing, moving, adding, and changing equipment and software.
Assist with provisioning and support of end-user devices (phones, laptops, etc.).
Performing proactive monitoring and reactive troubleshooting to identify potential problems.
Maintain and record (ITSM) communications on all request, incident and change management tasks in a timely manner.
Provide project/task reports/updates as requested by management.
Create and maintain knowledge base articles.
Contribute to key business activities as required.
Some afterhours support may be required.
Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, processes, and work instructions at all times.
Perform other duties as directed.
