Job Description

  • Provide hands-on and face to face hardware and software support.
  • Installing, moving, adding, and changing equipment and software.
  • Assist with provisioning and support of end-user devices (phones, laptops, etc.).
  • Performing proactive monitoring and reactive troubleshooting to identify potential problems.
  • Maintain and record (ITSM) communications on all request, incident and change management tasks in a timely manner.
  • Provide project/task reports/updates as requested by management.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles.
  • Contribute to key business activities as required.
  • Some afterhours support may be required.
  • Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, processes, and work instructions at all times.
  • Perform other duties as directed.
