Job Description

Overview:

  • Blue Yonder’s Professional Services group is seeking a delivery leader with strong account management and customer relationship skills in the Manufacturing/LSP line of business.

  • We value individuals with a desire to implement cutting edge AI/ML based SaaS solutions and a strong sense of urgency when faced with obstacles.

  • The ability to quickly build trust and establish strong relationships with C-Suite customers on large transformational programs is a must.

  • Manage multiple customers across industry segments with ability to build trust with Sr. customer leadership and deliver value for large complex transformational programs

Scope:

  • Core responsibilities include leadership and management of complex projects with multiple project managers, partners, and cross-functional internal teams for Blue Yonder SaaS customers.

  • The team is comprised of Project Managers, Program Managers and Customer Success Managers, Technical Account Managers servicing Manufacturing/LSP customers in the Americas.

Smartsheet, Workday, SharePoint, JIRA, Upland, Salesforce, Blue Yonder Sales & Operations Planning

What you’ll do:

  • Establish strategic relationships with each customer that transcends the tactical implementation details, thus ensuring appropriate focus on long-term customer objectives.

  • Manage a portfolio of projects. Ensures that the projects deliver the value/ROI expected of the engagement, including quality, budget, and timelines. 

  • Act as a key liaison with assigned customers on project implementation costs and modifications, general status communication and escalated issues.

  • Serve as the first level of escalation point beyond the Project Manager for all services delivery activity to assigned customers. Lead project teams in the resolution of customer project issues, negotiate win/win agreements, escalating project/project issues effectively. 

  • Conduct regular delivery reviews to manage project-related credits and mitigate cost and schedule over-runs to ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Identify new opportunities within customer base and provide sales support during the sales cycle as needed.

  • Use your functional and technical skillset to identify potential challenges and risks to implementation projects and leverage the organization appropriately including raising them to leadership’s attention when required.

  • Adopt an ‘everyone is in sales’ mentality to identify additional opportunities which would drive value for Blue Yonder customers.

  • Confidently lead Blue Yonder customers relatively new to the SaaS journey, pulling in the right team members from across the organization at the appropriate time.

What we are looking for:

  • 10 years’ experience as a leader in managing programs of Supply Chain software solutions, preferably in Software as a Service (SaaS), Private Cloud, Public Cloud

  • Demonstrated experience as a trusted advisor or a subject matter expert (SME) in in managing large transformation supply chain programs.

  • Ideal candidates will have an industry background in Discrete Manufacturing and/or 3PL

  • Proven experience in establishing strategic relationships at C-level with each customer that transcends the tactical implementation details, thus ensuring appropriate focus on long-term customer objectives.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing a portfolio of accounts ensuring that the projects deliver the value/ROI expected of the engagement, including quality, budget, and timelines. 

  • A personable demeanor with the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with leadership, peers, customers, project reports and cross-functional teams, quickly instilling trust in your leadership

  • A heightened sense of urgency with a since passion for quickly delivering value for customers

The annual salary range for this position is $167,075.96 - $216,924.03

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
