Operations Director

NAES Corporation has an opening for an experienced Operations Director who will report to a Vice President – Energy Operations. The Operations Director will manage a team of Plant Managers to direct/coordinate NAES support during all phases of plant operations, manage/direct Plant Managers on matters relating to NAES performance in all appropriate areas, policies, procedures, and standards, and ensure that all contractual requirements are met and the maximum value is achieved.

The initial starting annual compensation will range from $201,600 to $231,800 based on experience and qualifications.
