Culinary Operation Puestos Team Leader

JOB SUMMARY: The Puesto Food & Beverage Leader position is responsible for managing all day-to-day Puesto operations within the Mercado Store. Plans, directs & organizes all Puesto activities, optimizing and ensuring that all food offerings are served to our guests with the highest degree of quality and excellence in execution. Ensures conformance with service and hospitality standards, food safety standards, quality requirement standards, nutrition standards, and labor/productivity standards.
