In the role of Senior Systems Analyst, we'll count on you to:
  • Perform complex business and technical analysis, define business processes and create solutions for business automotation
  • Transform business models into technically implementable projects consisting of software and hardware that consider data and network dependencies, capacity and limitations of equipment; optimize operating times; and generate results within cost limitations
  • Help determine specific business needs and project requirements
  • Analyze and formulate logical statements of complex business, scientific or engineering problems
  • Develop high-quality solutions to complex business, scientific or engineering problems utilizing knowledge of computers, databases, software and programming language capabilities and limitations
  • Define hardware and software solutions that consider build-versus-buy assessments and life-cycle costs
  • Analyze complex information systems to uncover difficulties and revise the logic and procedures involved as necessary
  • Maintain required project management, systems analysis and documentation
  • Perform other duties as needed

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
  • A minimum of 5 years of systems analysis, applications development and support experience with business applications
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
