Accounting Analyst with Italian Language (OTC Billing)

Key areas of responsibility
- Perform billing activities: single and massive invoicing based on ART&MIS requests (Italian & foreign & intercompany customers), semiautomatic invoicing, AR accruals postings including intercompany
- Master data - Inserting request for new code/ modify code, unlocking codes/ sales area opening,
- All documents should be issued according to established procedures and in agreed time frames,
- Perform month end closing activities accurately and on time, preparing accruals,
- SLA assurance,
- Communicate with internal customers, business unit, as required to ensure accurate query resolution,
- Comply with all AR policies and procedures,
- Research, analyze and resolve day-to-day operational issues,
- Participate in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities,
- Maintain an updated and approved process documentation.
Knowledge & Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in OTC,
- Professional level of English language (B2 level preferable), Italian language would be an asset,
- MS Office (Excel) skills,
- Good analytical and multitasking skills,
- Process Improvement / Innovation / Transformation experience,
- High motivation, proactiveness and flexibility,
- Teamwork & communication skills.
