Your tasks as Technical Field Promoter:
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the features and benefits of our diagnostic tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, meeting or exceeding sales targets within the assigned territory. Work with partner networks to promote sales to repairers, car centers, tire specialists, fast-fitters, rental companies and fleets.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, ensuring they can effectively use our products.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote our products and network with potential customers.
Your profile as Technical Field Promoter:
- Bachelor’s degree in automotive technology, engineering, commercial or technical background.
- Proven experience in technical sales, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the automotive industry.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving attitude, positive dynamism and commercial temperament.
- Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- General knowledge of workshops, mechanics and/or specialized after-sales distribution and key players in connected diagnostics.
- Native Italian, fluent in English; additional languages are a strong plus.
