What you'll be responsible for

Supporting revenue growth through renewals and new business development

Assisting in managing and nurturing customer accounts across Sydney

Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities under guidance

Working towards sales targets with team support

Building positive, long-term customer relationshipsManaging incoming calls, emails, and customer requests while supporting field sales

Identifying upsell opportunities and maintaining customer contracts prior to expiry

Generating leads and conducting outbound calls to current and potential clients

Building strong relationships with internal teams and clients

Ensuring accurate data entry and escalating complaints/compliments to management
