  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders across Ad Sales, Networks, Accounting, Consolidations, and Corporate Finance.
  • Lead and develop a team of analysts, providing guidance, coaching, prioritization support, and performance management.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and support finance transformation initiatives across reporting and planning activities.
  • Ensure strong financial governance, data integrity, and compliance with internal policies and controls.
  • Support ad hoc analysis, strategic initiatives, and executive requests as needed.

Qualifications & Experience…

  • 6+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance, or related analytical functions.
  • Prior experience supporting Ad Sales, Media, Networks, or Entertainment businesses strongly preferred.
  • Previous people management and leadership experience required.
  • Strong understanding of OPEX forecasting, budgeting, accruals, and financial planning processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills required, including the ability to effectively communicate with U.S.-based stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Comfortable leading meetings, presenting financial information, and participating in executive discussions fully in English.
  • Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and operate effectively within cross-functional environments.
  • Ability to operate as a trusted partner to senior leadership with a high level of ownership and accountability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
  • Experience with financial systems and reporting tools such as SAP, Hyperion, Analysis for Office, Power BI, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Experience working in matrixed and fast-paced organizations preferred.
