Customer Service Representative

Hall's Culligan in Ravenna, Ohio is currently seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our office support team. Starting hourly wage for this position will fall between $17-$18/hr. with opportunity for bonus. Hours of operation are between 8am-5pm, no evenings or weekends. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive a positive customer experience. This role involves addressing inquiries, providing solutions, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
