Examinetics is hiring a motivated individual to join our growing team as a Business Development Representative! This role is responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities within the safety consulting industry to support the company's growth objectives. This role will focus on building relationships with prospective clients, expanding market presence, and driving revenue growth.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities specifically within the safety consulting market through targeted outreach, networking, and lead generation.
- Conduct outbound campaigns to existing customers, lapsed customers, lost accounts, and non-customers using calls, emails, and strategic outreach tailored to safety consulting services.
- Meet or exceed defined KPIs including opportunities created, sales converted, and outreach activity levels.
- Develop and maintain prospecting and lead lists by analyzing existing customer data, industry research, OSHA recordables, and lost or unconverted leads.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging, presentations, and sales cadences specific to safety consulting offerings.
- Prepare and deliver introductory presentations, capability statements, and support proposal development as needed.
- Track, manage, and report all lead and opportunity activities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates to the Business Development Manager and Senior Vice President, Safety Consulting regarding pipeline status, market trends, and client feedback.
- Support coordination between business development and consulting teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Represent the company at relevant conferences, trade shows, and industry events to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Maintain consistent follow-up and communication with prospects to nurture interest and advance opportunities.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights related to safety consulting to leadership.
Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client outreach within safety consulting or professional services required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Safety Management, or related field required.

- Ability to think analytically and creatively to identify safety consulting business opportunities and solve challenges.

- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
