Job Description

Join the Food & Beverage team at Pullman Melbourne on the Park as a casual Food & Beverage Attendant and bring your passion for exceptional service to life. Working across Cliveden Bar & Dining and banqueting operations, you’ll enjoy a dynamic role where no two days are the same – from intimate dining to large-scale events.

What you’ll be doing (but not limited to):

• Delivering warm, attentive service in both restaurant and event settings.
• Setting up, operating, and packing down dining and function spaces.
• Taking food and beverage orders and delivering them efficiently with care.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout service.
• Recommending menu items and confidently upselling when appropriate.
• Creating positive guest experiences with your welcoming, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• A friendly and customer-focused demeanour.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality role.
• Positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification.
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
