Responsible to forecasting the program budget and monitoring capital expenditures during the project.
Coordinates the basic multifunctional team for the project, working with functional managers.
Organizes the project team to solve the engineering and manufacturing problems of the product.
Represents the team and leads the internal and external project review activities.
Provides support for all stages of the transfer process, starting with pre-production and SOP. Provide any necessary training.
Leads the early meetings of the project team.
Interface with projects defined between engineering, operations and product management in terms of all technical aspects.
Monitors the profitability of developed products and obtains measures to support and
increase profitability.
Provides detailed information about the manufacturing process of the product.
Conducting specific escalations of customers during the transfer process.
