  • Quality & Performance Measurement: Define benchmarks; analyze data to monitor performance against targets; lead action plans for program and process improvement based on findings as defined by service level agreements and organizational KPIs.
  • Issue Resolution & Compliance: Act as the central escalation point for operational, clinical and system-related issues for key contracts in support of quality and compliance with regulatory standards, policies and procedures.
  • Coaching & Mentorship: Act as a consultant/coach to operations leaders and teams on access and quality improvement projects and the integration of interprofessional practices.
  • Education & Training: Design and deliver educational sessions on quality improvement methodologies, change management, and interprofessional teamwork.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels—clinical staff, leadership teams—and external partners to facilitate the spread of excellence initiatives, across the Lifemark and affiliate network.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a rehabilitation or health-related field
  • A current regulated health professional designation in good standing
  • A minimum of five (5) years’ overall experience in the direct provision of interprofessional complex rehabilitation services, including case conceptualization and disability management approaches in care plans
