Job Description

The Director of Community Relations (DCR) supports the community by increasing & maintaining occupancy, exercises discretion & judgment involving the evaluation of potential residents & determining if the candidate will be a good fit for the community. The DCR has authority to bind the company in matters of resident agreements, is responsible for maintaining a desired census, communicating with family members regarding financial matters, communicating and interacting with the outside community, conducting marketing programs, planning & implementing marketing events, assist in creating marketing brochures, speaking before groups, assisting with family issues & resolutions, working with referral agencies, organizations and institutions, and completing & maintaining admission records.
