Taeyen is a Saudi-based workforce solutions and recruitment company supporting large-scale manpower requirements across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We are currently seeking experienced freelance recruiters to support high-volume blue-collar recruitment for ongoing projects.
Role Details
-Focus on mass recruitment for Saudi Arabia–based projects.
-Collaboration on multiple ongoing manpower requirements.
Job Responsabilities
-Source and hunt candidates for a wide range of blue-collar positions.
-Conduct recruitment across multiple countries to support Saudi Arabia projects.
-Manage candidates of different nationalities in line with project requirements.
-Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for mass hiring.
-Screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidates according to client needs.
-Ensure candidates meet Saudi labor and project requirements.
-Support end-to-end recruitment until successful mobilization.
Preferred Qualifications
-Proven experience in blue-collar mass recruitment for Saudi Arabia is Mandatory.
-Ability to manage large hiring volumes.
-Familiarity with Saudi recruitment processes and labor requirements.
