For more information, visit www.ifc.org. Treasury Support Treasury operations team based in London, together with CLED colleagues in DC and Singapore. Main focus will be derivatives and other financial products, including local currency financing, as well as structured finance. Mobilisation Support the mobilisation practice generally in all areas. This includes syndications teams, as well as CLED lawyers involved in syndications work, on any tasks that may be required. Support the blended finance teams, as well as CLED lawyers involved in blended finance work, on any tasks that may be required, including assistance in reviewing mandate letters, loan agreements, providing legal support to business teams, assisting with blended finance committee endorsements. Support CTA advisory teams, as well as CLED lawyers involved in CTA work, on any tasks that may be required, including assistance with selection of outside legal counsel for projects, procurement of legal firms and use of legal panel roster, drafting TORs for legal counsel, providing legal support to business teams, participate in Transaction Structure Review Meetings. General Participate in department and other meetings, including decision meetings (IRMs, CN meetings, etc.), develop guidance notes, standard language and specimen documents, provide training to business teams on legal risk mitigation, management of legal consultants, documentation and knowledge management. Reports to Assistant General Counsel, Legal Practices.
