Job Overview

The Walsh Family Agency is growing and looking for a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in the University area of Charlotte, NC. Our agency has been a trusted part of the community in the same location for 40+ years, with a strong, established book of business and deep local relationships.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Candidate must have an Active Property and Casualty License to be considered
  • You should have 1-3 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field.
  • Preferably Allstate appointed in the last 6 months.
  • Have strong problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
  • Great with documentation and organizational skills to keep detailed records.
  • Persuasive sales skills with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is bonus
Responsibilities
  • Handle client questions and requests, resolving any issues promptly
  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience to all clients
  • Conduct client needs analysis to uncover coverage gaps and offer solutions
  • Cross-sell products to existing clients to enhance their coverage
  • Refer clients to other parts of the organization for additional services
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly and accurately
