At Nachhilfeunterricht, a leading education platform in the DACH region, we are looking for responsible tutors to support students with special needs or those who require extra academic help, motivating them and adapting lessons to their pace.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver educational activities adapted to each student’s individual needs
Provide personalized academic and personal progress support
Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment
Identify specific student needs and propose suitable teaching strategies
Requirements:
Degree or background in Education, Pedagogy, Educational Psychology, or related fields
Previous experience working with individuals with support needs or special educational needs (desirable)
Ability to design and adapt learning materials to individual requirements
