What You’ll Do
As a Production Utility I, you’ll be a critical support resource across operations—filling workflow gaps, improving processes, and helping teams succeed.
Your responsibilities may include:
✔ Supporting multiple departments and balancing workflow demands
✔ Learning and performing core warehouse and production functions
✔ Identifying risks, bottlenecks, and process improvements
✔ Updating work instructions and improving operational procedures
✔ Assisting with order fulfillment and coordinating with delivery partners
✔ Performing quality checks to maintain product standards
✔ Supporting safety compliance, hazardous waste handling, and workplace standards
✔ Providing feedback and recommendations to operations leadership
✔ Championing efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and mobile applications)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Preferred Experience
- Warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience
- Familiarity with operational procedures and workflow processes
- Ability to quickly learn new technology and systems
Physical & Work Environment Expectations
This role includes standing, walking throughout the warehouse, moving products/equipment (up to 45 lbs.), and working around machinery, warehouse noise, and industrial conditions.
