Job Overview
Our fast paced, growing insurance office is looking to fill an exceptional customer service representative who is wanting an entry level sales position. This in-office position that entails servicing existing insurance policies, scheduling appointments, calling our contacts for new clients needing new insurance quotes or coverage reviews, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements
- 1+ years of previous insurance experience preferred
- Personal lines or Property/Casualty licensed preferred
- Self motived with a growth dedicated mindset
- 2+ years of customer service experience required
- Excellent phone etiquette
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and a welcoming environment for customers
- Service existing policies tactfully & efficiently (make payments, print ID cards, make changes to policies, etc.)
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
- Make 75+ daily outbound sales calls to provided leads
