HL Mando is a Tier 1 supplier of safety-critical chassis components to the world’s top vehicle manufacturers. We are looking for a Sales Coordinator II to join our sales team at our North American headquarters in Novi Michigan. This opportunity will supporting role for our frontline Account Managers, with responsibility for tracking pricing, analyzing data, and coordinating prototype shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales activities between internal teams and customers to ensure accurate order processing, timely shipment tracking, and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
- Analyze sales data, customer demand trends, and market conditions to generate insights that support business decision-making.
- Streamline recurring documentation tasks (e.g., invoices, reports) through automation using tools like Excel to reduce manual effort and minimizing errors.
- Prepare data-driven reports and summaries to support contract negotiations, request-for-quotation (RFQ) reviews, and business proposals.
- Collaborate with supply chain, production, and finance teams to align sales forecasts with operational capacity and resource planning.
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred – equivalent work experience will be considered
- Work or volunteer experience that demonstrates your commitment to hard work, your aptitude to learn new things, and your excellent attitude will all be considered

- Comfortable and proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- Excellent written English
- Spanish or Korean language is a plus
