Head of Cluster SHEQ

In this role you will provide leadership and direction for SHEQ and security across the country business unit Furthermore, you will implement regional and group SHEQ strategy through clear actions programs Drive the development and continuous improvement of the SHEQ processes, systems and culture in line with The Linde Group SHEQ policy Proactively identify and manage our risks to an acceptable level Act as a key member of the Country business unit management team, offering leadership, support and advice to the management team on SHEQ and security matters You will represent the Country within the Cluster SHEQ peer group Foster an interdependent culture and promote behaviors supporting the SHEQ vision Also, you will develop and maintain key tools supporting SHEQ program (e.g. SHEQ action plans) Identify and adopt best practice within the Cluster Coach senior business leaders on visible SHEQ leadership You will lead and manage the country SHEQ team Ensure compliance with relevant management systems and external certification standard (ISO 9000, 14000, OHSAS 18000, etc.) in line with The Linde Group policies and local requirements
