Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and engage prospects, residents, and guests in person and over the phone
• Schedule and conduct property tours and interviews with prospective residents
• Address resident and prospect questions, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly
• Process applications, lease renewals, screenings, and rental agreements
• Inspect property conditions and coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams as needed
• Maintain accurate and organized resident files and records
• Report concerns or issues to community leadership
• Maintain professionalism with residents, vendors, contractors, and team members
• Support resident events and community engagement activities
• Complete additional assigned duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
• Positive attitude and strong team-oriented mindset
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience in leasing, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing roles preferred
• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite including Teams, Word, and Excel
• Experience with property management software such as Yardi, ResMan, or OnSite preferred
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance required
