Position Summary
The Production Manager is responsible and accountable for leading safe, efficient, and customer-focused production operations at the Plymouth, Indiana facility. Key Responsibilities

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging new ideas and practical solutions
Lead structured problem-solving and root cause analysis to drive sustainable improvements
Implement process enhancements that improve quality, reduce cost, and increase agility
Leverage data and metrics to guide decision-making and prioritize improvement efforts

Qualifications
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate’s or higher degree preferred
5+ years of manufacturing experience required
3+ years of leadership experience in a production environment required
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Skills & Competencies
Demonstrated ability to lead with integrity and accountability
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence across levels
Proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Effective problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
