The Wholesale Parts Advisor plays a key role in building strong business relationships with independent repair facilities, body shops, commercial accounts, and wholesale customers by providing accurate parts support, timely communication, and dependable service.

What You Will Do
- Assist wholesale customers with parts inquiries, pricing, availability, and order placement
- Identify and source automotive parts accurately using manufacturer catalogs and dealership systems
- Process wholesale orders efficiently and accurately to support timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with the Shipping and Receiving team and delivery drivers to ensure prompt and accurate order fulfillment
- Communicate with customers regarding backorders, special orders, shipping updates, and order status
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with repair facilities, body shops, fleet accounts, and commercial customers
- Promote dealership parts programs, manufacturer promotions, and value-added services
- Work closely with the Parts Department and management team to support inventory accuracy and order efficiency
- Handle returns, credits, and warranty-related parts transactions in accordance with dealership policies
- Maintain accurate records, invoices, and customer account information
- Support departmental goals related to sales growth, customer retention, and operational efficiency
- Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-focused approach in all interactions
Who We Are Looking For
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, Mercedes-Benz experience strongly preferred
- CDK experience a plus
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and manufacturer catalog systems
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to solve problems, prioritize tasks, and follow through on customer requests
- Professional attitude with a team-oriented mindset
Pay: $90,000 - $110,000 / year is the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation including hourly pay, commissions, overtime, benefits (vacation and sick), etc. The hourly rate for this position ranges from $25.00 to $33.00 per hour. Commissions range from $38,000 to $58,000 per year based on performance.
