Encroachment and Mission Sustainment Program Analyst

Reports to the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Energy and Sustainability (ODASA E&S) to support Siting Clearinghouse Obstruction Evaluation/Airport Airspace Analysis of off-site energy systems and obstructions. Leads the refinement, deployment, and user training of an enterprise tool to ensure the successful integration into the Department of the Army’s mission compatibility review process. Successful integration involves workflow design improvements and management of off-site energy initiatives to ensure the timely and accurate identification, tracking, trending, reporting, and coordination for interservice/interagency review, assessment, and decision for compatibility with critical Department of War (DoW) testing and training range missions.  Work...
