- Define and execute the Business Unit strategy in alignment with AirTech and company objectives.
- Drive commercial growth through strong customer engagement, market development, and strategic account management.
- Own Business Unit performance, including order intake, revenue, profitability, backlog management, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead operational excellence initiatives focused on quality, productivity, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.
- Hold full accountability for financial performance, including P&L, working capital, inventory, cash flow, and risk management.
- Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing organization through strong leadership, coaching, and talent development.
- Collaborate across regions and functions to support strategic initiatives, business transformation, and enterprise-wide success.
Your Experience
To be successful in this role, you bring a combination of strong business acumen, leadership capabilities, and commercial drive.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Extensive leadership experience within an international industrial or technology-driven environment.
- Proven experience with full P&L responsibility and business performance management.
- Strong strategic planning and business development expertise.
- Demonstrated success in leading organizational change and driving business transformation.
- Experience in project management and stakeholder management within complex organizations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer orientation and relationship-building capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence in working with financial and operational data.
- A proactive, hands-on, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, and Business Intelligence systems.
Our Workplace
