A little about the position:
- Support staff play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience for Ski School guests. This position involves a mix of indoor and outdoor responsibilities that contribute to smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction. The following summarizes the responsibilities of a Support Staff team member.
- Assisting with area setup and maintaining a safe, organized environment.
- Supporting Lift Operations and ensuring efficient guest flow.
- Managing rental equipment and facilitating the fitting of ski and snowboard equipment to children aged between 3 & 14.
- Lesson and ticket sales.
- Supervising children in a safe and engaging manner.
- Providing direct support to instructors during lessons and other activities.
Requirements:
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Must be flexible, positive, a team player, work unsupervised and happy to work in variable weather conditions.
- Experience working with children preferred.
Hourly pay: $20.00
