POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Analyst to support the company’s treasury operations, cash management, banking activities, and financial controls. The ideal candidate will help ensure efficient liquidity management, timely execution of payments, accurate cash forecasting, and compliance with internal policies and banking requirements.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with Accounting, AP, FP&A, Payroll, and external banking partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Cash Management & Treasury Operations
Support the monitoring of daily cash positions and liquidity requirements to ensure adequate funding across the organization.
Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports.
Execute domestic and international payments in accordance with company policies, approval matrices, and established controls.
Manage bank balances and cash positioning activities to optimize liquidity utilization across accounts and entities.
Coordinate intercompany funding activities, cash transfers, and related treasury transactions.
Support bank account administration activities, including account openings, closures, maintenance, and signatory management.
Participate in the implementation and administration of banking platforms, connectivity solutions, and treasury systems.
Lead bank fee analysis and banking structure optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Contribute to treasury transformation projects, including bank integrations, payment automation, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Controls & Compliance
Support compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and SOX requirements (where applicable) by assisting with monitoring and control activities
Manage and maintain accurate treasury documentation, payment support files, and related records to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
Coordinate audit requests and provide supporting documentation for internal and external audits in a timely and accurate manner.
Support fraud prevention controls and payment verification procedures to help mitigate operational and financial risks.
Reporting & Analysis
Assist in the preparation and distribution of treasury reports, cash position summaries, liquidity analyses, and key treasury metrics.
Contribute to the analysis of cash flow trends, liquidity performance, and financial data to support decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.
Support working capital management initiatives.
Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and treasury-related projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, or Cash Management.
Experience working with banking platforms and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
Strong understanding of cash management and treasury operations.
Advanced Excel skills preferred.
Experience with multi-bank environments and multi-currency operations is a plus.
English proficiency required.

Experience in multinational companies.
Understanding of foreign exchange operations and bank reconciliations.
Experience supporting payroll funding and AP payment processes.
Familiarity with financial controls and compliance environments.
