Resident Manager II w/ 2-bedroom unit (available August 2026) - (MiLA-1219)

This position is for a full-time Resident Manager II with a 2-bedroom unit (available August 2026) to work at MiLA, a 90-unit affordable family and disabled/special needs property in Los Altos, CA. This is a tax credit/HUD combo property. Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of affordable housing property management experience and knowledge in HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA guidelines. Must be able to live onsite. Valid Drivers License, clean DMV record and reliable transportation are required. Must be able to develop and implement budgets and have tenant relations experience. Salary range: $72,072 - $97,458 per year; hiring range for new employees is generally $72,072 - $79,608 per year, DOE. Please note that a cleaning deposit is required and employee will be responsible for utilities.
