Job Description
Think global financial markets, retail and institutional traders, and a platform that lets people take a position on virtually anything — equities, FX, indices, commodities. This is a well-established, publicly listed fintech operating across major financial hubs worldwide. Singapore is a key market, and the team here is lean, sharp, and moves fast.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Partner on a 6-month contract. You'll be embedded in the business, partnering directly with hiring managers across a mixed bag of briefs — product management, marketing, and commercial functions.
This isn't a tick-box sourcing role. You'll own requisitions end-to-end, manage stakeholders and bring genuine market knowledge to the conversation.
What you'll be doing
Running full-cycle recruitment across product, marketing, and business functions
Building and managing pipelines through direct sourcing, not just relying on inbound
Advising hiring managers on market conditions, candidate profiles, and process design
What we are looking for
6+ years' recruitment experience, in-house or RPO — ideally with exposure to fintech, financial services, or a fast-paced tech environment is advantageous
A generalist background with comfort across non-engineering briefs
Strong stakeholder management skills
Available to commit to a 6-month FTC and work from the Singapore office twice a week
